Santa Monica Pizza Kitchen's Food Score...

So I was introduced to Santa Monica Pizza Kitchen, loved their pizzas, saw plenty of good ratings, but just the other day noticed their Food Safety Score that is posted on the window... It says "C", but I really miss their bianco... Still not sure how squicked out I feel about the thought of continuing to go, but what do you all think about SMPK and other local C-rated establishments?
