Deleted Photos Restored but they don't Show up in Photos App Albums

Within the Photos folder that syncs with the Photos app, I accidentally deleted a folder of photos that I did not intend to delete. That folder held the bulk of my photos and I had created a few albums in the Photos app that contained photos from that folder. I went to the recycle bin and restored the folder, however, my albums in the Photos app are empty even though the photos I restored are back in the app.

Does anyone know if there's a way I can restore these photos into my albums?
