Is there bullet drop and target leading in this game?

I've played for a long time AND I am still unsure.

If you're confused with what I'm saying (English is not my first language so yeah):

Bullet drop: You know those sniper games where you have to aim higher when the target is farther? Yes, that mechanic.

Target leading: If the target is moving and is far, you need to aim slightly in front as bullets take some time to travel some distances.
