Legit check help please

Hey everyone, so I saw this Kobe jersey on ebay and I'm interested but of course I want to know if its legit. I will attach all the photos from the listing here. Two things of note however: I asked the seller about the second red tag (I have one other Mitchell and Ness Kobe Bryant Jersey and that one came with two tags, one of which is not seen in the pictures) and the seller told me he just took it off. Second, he also accepted my best offer of $175 USD (he is selling it for $189 usd) and relisted the same item after he accepted my offer. Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!
