When will the unit builder be updated for the summer banner?

I haven’t seen anyone else ask or anything about it, but I have been wanting to put the new Alfonse in the unit builder so I can see his stats and work arounds but he still isn’t added to the builder. I know there’s been issues of not being able to search for the website lately so is it just going inactive now? Or is there a reason it’s delayed?
