[Synopsis translated from Douban](https://m.douban.com/movie/subject/36624136/):

Each unresolved case forms one story arc, and every two arcs make up a season of **Unsettled Case**. Season One centers on two arcs – “The Jewelry Store Serial Robbery Case” and “The Bianji Inn Family Massacre Case.”

Through fractures in time that run counter to the ordinary course of events, the series deconstructs how evil reshapes people, >!while also portraying how faith and conviction can ultimately redeem them.!<
