Is Chapel Ridge Apartments really that bad???

Hey everyone, I already booked Chapel Ridge Apartments, but after looking at the reviews, I’m honestly getting worried because a lot of them mention bugs, cleanliness issues, and the overall condition of the apartments.

For anyone who currently lives there or has lived there before, is it actually that bad? I’m especially wondering about pest problems, how clean the units are when you move in, maintenance, management, and what the place is really like day to day.

Are the reviews accurate, or are they mostly worst-case experiences? Any honest feedback would really help. Thanks!
