JOI Request

Hey all, I'm new to the FF community and I have a verified buyer wanting JOI. Has anyone done JOI content? How should I price it? We haven't gotten in to details on whether he wants video, text, or audio. I was wondering how should I price each per minute? Anyone have any resources or experience/tips and suggestions?
