**The Concept**

I love Mega Raichu Y and think it's the most consistent mega in the game. With a little bulk, it feels like it almost always gets a minimum of two huge attacks in. Still, despite winning some games on the first turn, a shortage of reliable pivots means you need to jump out to an early lead.

This is the third iteration of the team, and while it's gotten me to 1800 ELO, I think there is room for improvement, probably by condensing the Weavile / Gallade role into one and adding something new. Interested in what you think!

**The Team**

**Mega Raichu Y**

Some bulk means it survives most neutral attacks, and the huge base power on Zap Cannon and Focus Blast means it's often picking up OHKOs even without SpA investment.

**Cringegambit**

You know him. I've been running speed investment recently, but I think the team would benefit from more bulk. Often knocked out even through Chople. Iron Head is the only move on my team that's super effective against fairies.

**Rotom-W**

A reliable, bulky switch with Sitrus. Wisp can neutralize the major physical threats in the meta, and the other moves are for coverage.

**Aerodactyl**

Often comes out against opposing Whimsicott to match Tailwind. Wide Guard is a great move with all the Dazzling Gleams, Heat Waves, and Rock Slides in the format.

**Weavile**

I love Weavile. I added it to an early version of the team to delete Garchomp. Wide Lens ensures Triple Axel (nearly) always connects three times. Faster fake out than Sneasler. I suspect the stats can be dialed in more, since it doesn't need all of the ATK to get key Axel KOs, and the SPE feels like overkill.

 **Gallade**

I love Gallade. I added it to an early version of the team to delete Swampert and Archaludon. I think this is the weakest point of the team--outside of the rain match up, it feels weak. It gets Life Orb because I don't know what else to do with it.
