Homebrew Class: Researcher (if it's bad let me know)

Nethack Homebrew Class: "researcher"

Inventory: A Robe, the Identify Spellbook. (That's it)

Can become proficient in a variety of weapons, but starts with no profiency in any. Their keen, perceptive mind can also immediately determine if an item is cursed or not.

And that's pretty much it, to make up for their instant access to identify they pretty much have no starting equipment or proficiencies.

The identify spell is THAT useful, though. If there were a starting class where even the only perk was a guaranteed identify spellbook I would take it, hehe.
