Electric full body buzz before flare

Has anyone else experienced this?

Before a bad flare, my body starts to feel....tingly. Like electric pricks, or a buzzing sensation. Its all over my body and it isnt painful just....uncomfortable. Similar to asleep limb, but not.

Then follows the cramps, fatigue and other symptoms.

Maybe my body is warning me? Does anyone else experience this?
