Company recs for an aspiring aerospace engineer?

Hello! I’m a sophomore interested in aerospace engineering and I was wondering if anyone in the industry knew of any companies that have a good work life balance, pay a good starting salary, and are outside of defense (moral/ethical preference)? I’d love to help build planes and rockets someday but I’m not sure if it’s the right industry for me. I don’t know if I can handle any more stress beyond the remaining 3 years of my undergrad/grad school... If not, are there other engineering disciplines that match these ideas?
