Labeling an acoustic version that is "live" but not in front of audience

Might be unimportant to some but to me it matters. I've got an acoustic cover that's one take, no autotune or cut-up takes akin to a studio version.

Would labeling it "... (Live Acoustic) on streaming services be "fine"? Or would that be exclusively for performances in front of an in-person audience?

It does have an overdubbed guitar solo too, but that's it.
