Approach shot help

I have a 60 degree wedge that I can very reliably stick on the green at about 100 yards. I basically hit it like an iron at a full swing.

My problem is I have no idea how to approach anything from <90 to about 30 yards. Ive tried half/quarter swings but they're wildly inconsistent.

I currently play a 60, gap and pitching wedge. Tbh i have almost no utility for the gap and don't know how to replace. Curious to others thoughts and suggestions.
