Decent gear tunes for a 926HP V12 Yaris and Celica V10 878HP for rallying?

I can't seem to do the right gear tune for my two rally cars which is a Yaris and Celica I tried shortening gears and final drive for better acceleration like a actual rally car but my top end speed is crap
