How does Beckett work

I went to the Beckett website. I have some cards that are signed from the 1970s and 80s.

I am not sure of the cost. For example it has Dave Stieb listed at $20. Does that include both authentication and encapsulation? Or are there separate charges. An answer to this question wouls be greatly appreciated.
