Would it be worse to end up in Tartarus or The Backrooms?

Assuming you get plopped into one or them and have to navigate yourself through one or the other. You don't get a persona in Tartarus and you aren't a member of Async in The Backrooms (Kane Pixels version). If you're in Tartarus, to make the comparison fair, S.E.E.S doesn't find you because Fuuka hates you or smth, and you aren't like all the other missing persons who just cry in a corner, meaning you have free reign to explore whatever block you end up in.
