Need help with finding domestic violence reports system within the CAF.

Hey - I'm a long-time user of this forum but made an anon account because some people know me through my primary reddit. Essentially, title inquiry. Was previously in a relationship with a CAF NCM in the regF, relationship dissolved about a year an a half ago but they continued to contact me on and off throughout that period. It was quite severe over the 2.5 years we were together with physical violence and also what I would call psychological torture. Won't get into the details but I need help finding out how I can deal with this as they're still serving to this day and I know they're still a hazard to me and others.

Should've dealt with this a while ago. Any help would be great
