Tire place on the east side that does more premium work?

Last time I got new tires they chipped one of the spokes and scratched the hell out of the inside getting the old wheel weights off. They also left all the old adhesive.

I don't drive a Porsche or anything but I take care of my things and had recently gotten the curb rash on my alloy wheels repaired. If I had steel rims I wouldn't care but this level of inattentiveness was a huge bummer.

Is there a shop that is willing to go the extra mile on this stuff? I'm willing to pay a little extra for them to actually put some care into the process.

Do I just need to slip them an extra hundred or something up front? What's the secret?
