Reggae Festival & Pier B

Had a visit planned for July 18/19th and was hoping for a low-key vacation with a reasonable bedtime for our toddler. It’s the only weekend that works for our family and the reggae festival will be going on that weekend, and is about a 5 minute drive from Pier B. Has anyone visited/is local to the area and can comment on how loud the festival (slated to go until 11pm) will be if we are in the hotel in the evening? Thanks!
