First OR case alone tomorrow, sooo nervous

tomorrow morning i am doing my first OR case alone! i am starting out with an ankle case, ive never seen one of these and was hoping i could get some tips and tricks on how to orientate the image and what some of the surgeons you all have worked with expect with ankle cases. im a bit afraid of being slow & not understanding the instructions they’re giving. ive been in the OR about 10 times during my schooling/internship (i just started second year). i’d love all the advice and tips for this case!!

edit: all is going well, finished the case up and the surgeon complimented me :)
