Can't get rid of achievement lock after modding a brand new steam copy

So I bought the bundle on the steam summer sale because I always wanted to play with mods after playing hundreds of hours on switch. Installed the game and a bunch of mods only to find out that I need to beat Mom at least once on vanilla to get unlocks/achievements while mods are active.

I've tried moving all my mods to the desktop, disabling them in game, reinstalling the game but I can't get repentance to start a run with the trophy crossed out icon showing up.

Can't find any videos or articles. Please help
