If your finance company prohibits third party lease buyouts, you can pick the brand you want and have s sister store in the group buy you out.

Example: You leased a Honda but want a Jeep and your car is worth more than payoff. John Smith Auto Group owns a Honda and Jeep franchise. Go to John Smith Jeep, negotiate an OOTD price, then negotiate for the dealer sales manager to have the Honda store buy you out at payoff, wholesale the car to Jeep and apply the equity to your purchase.
