1440p vs 4k for high end PC

I am very new to pc building so for my first gaming pc I am paying a store to go all out and build me one.

I have chosen the following parts:

Motherboard- gigabyte aorus am5 x870e aorus elite x3d

Cpu- Amd ryzen 7 9800x3d

Gpu- palit Geforce Rtx 5080 gaming pro

SSD- 2Tb Wd black Sn850x Nvme

Ram- 64gb Adata Xpg lancer blade 6000MHz Cl30

Cooler- thermalright Fw 360 ultra black ops lcd screen

Power supply- fully modular 1000W 80+ gold corsair Rm1000e

Case- antec constellation C5

I've seen a clash online about whether pcs of this power are 4k ready or if 1440p is the better option.

I care about visuals but I also care about performance so my question is should I go for a 27 inch 1440p oled or a 32 inch 4k oled? If this pc can run AAA games 100+ fps at 4k I dont see why 1440p would be better
