confused about a possible sign

so, i recently got out of a long-term relationship with a guy who wasnt christian. we broke up and later that night i was praying and made a joke to god saying "oh is this a sign to find a christian boyfriend next?" well, later that night i had a bible study session with a friend, and after i went to sleep, he told me he might be interested in me? i was just wondering if anyone had any advice on the situation, i cant tell if it's a like sign from god or anything. god bless.
