39 [M4F] #Midwest #USA - No games, just blunt honesty

I have probably started & stopped this post at least a dozen times over the past day or so because every version felt forced or sanitized in some way. I am just going to wing it and see where I end up.

I am a 39 year old married dad in the Midwest (IL to be more specific) looking for those lost feelings of excitement, support, yearning, and care (or hopefully more). I am by no means a perfect person, but I am on my own journey of self improvement. What does that mean? Well for starters I would describe myself as husky, yet I am tall, a former collegiate athlete that enjoy manual labor as a way to relax from my 9-5 day job. I love to read, meet new people, try new things, and I am very curious about the world and people overall. My musical interests are as varied as my hobbies as well.

I am looking for someone that is just as interested in learning about me as I am about them. I want to learn what makes you tick, smile, or makes you sad. I want to support you through your wins and your losses and I would like the same. I want to find someone that is curious and passionate about the things they enjoy or want to enjoy in their life.
