My vaping addiction..

So i’ve been vaping for about 3 years, I started in year 10 (15yrs), and i’m currently 18. At first I did it to be cool and fit in, I didn’t inhale and I would only vape like twice a day. But over the span of a year I realised how much I actually rely on my vape.

It is a TERRIBLE addiction and I genuinely have no idea how to quit. As well as how bad it is for my health, it’s also making a massive dent in my wallet. Currently i’m paying around $65 AUD for one that lasts me maybe 2 weeks. I’ve tried replacements but it doesn’t work and I always find myself going back to my vape.

I really don’t want to go into adulthood being addicted to vaping, but I fear it’s gonna be with me forever. Someone please help 🙏.
