Sharks in Hollywood, FL

I’m going on vacation with young children to Hollywood, FL. Last year a shark came ashore and two baby sharks were circling me 1 meter from the shore. We were not hurt but no life guards either informed us or came to help.

What do you recommend doing differently this year?
