We need to be able to contest bad ratings

I'm almost 100% sure my most recent thumbs down (now at 95%) is from someone who's delivery took much longer because I was literally stuck at a railroad track. The train was stopped and the map showed no break in the track for miles. I tried to go around and found that out the hard way. I get back to the street Uber put me on and then get a message asking why I was going away from her house (I wasn't). i explain there's a train on the track and I wanted to go around. I already knew what was going to happen and if it wasn't a deactivation risk, I'd have cancelled the order then. Get to the delivery drop off and the person doesn't even acknowledge me aside taking the food.

I cannot control train schedules. People can zoom in and see the train tracks and use half a bit of logic to figure out why I'm standing still (and not moving). The same goes for having to wait a while at a restaurant. we can't control that shit. It's only been recent that I've started getting downvotes and reports of "items missing" (how tf is that my fault when the bag is sealed). I know uber doesn't care but it's pissing me off and it's why I keep in good standings with DoorDash.
