(25F) I try not to but I keep playing with myself at work

Honestly, I never actually mean to play with myself at work but it just always happens.

I’m so use to working from home where I have no care in the world and mostly just stopped wearing pants so I had access to my cunt at all times.

I just transitioned into a new role that requires being in the office (side note: it doesn’t even have to be in person but HR keeps saying it does. I interact with no one in the office, im the only person in my organization at this office and most people are remote anyways). Thankfully, the office is quite empty and I sit in the dark corner somewhere, which makes things worse since I think Im alone. I find myself unconsciously checking Reddit and other sites on my phone as I use to when working from home. While going on reddit and other sites isn’t the big problem, I find that my hands always find my cunt and I’m sitting at this desk either rubbing my cunt over my dress or pants and/or I’m trying to hump my arm that I planted on the chair seat between my legs. Sometimes when I wear dresses, I find that i lift the skirt up as well. There’s some days where I don’t realize I’ve basically been playing with myself for longer than 30 minutes. I even had to go to the bathroom to give myself some relief.

Safe to say, I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be at this role or company.
