Migraines and shaking

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with SLE last year and up until last month, I was taking 200 mg of Plaquenil every day. For context, I had to stop Plaquenil because it was contraindicated with another medication I’m taking for anxiety and I’m waiting to get back into my rheumatologist to discuss alternatives to Plaquenil. However, since stopping the medication, I’ve had horrible migraines basically every day. I recently went to Florida with my kids/family, and I had an episode where I fainted and was shaking uncontrollably from a vestibular migraine. I called my rheumatologist to see if I could get in with her ASAP, but I am wondering if any of you who have SLE suffer from extreme migraines. I’ve been taking extra precautions with the heat (SPF, covering fully, etc.), but I feel like every day I’m just struggling so badly. 😭 just looking for advice and wondering if this is normal.

(for context, I did have an MRI last year that came back normal, so that’s why I am wondering if this onset of migraines can be attributed to an SLE flare)
