Bird nest in my goat barn - what to do to prepare for babies leaving the nest?

I have a small goat barn, and I noticed a small bird nest directly above the door inside of the stall where my goats sleep. There is a small hole in the siding where the adult birds must get in.

Is there anything I can do to prepare for them leaving the nest? Do they typically leave the nest during the day? If they hopped out at night, unfortunately, they would be locked in the stall with my goats.

Any advice would be appreciated!
