Albion online support don't do action to Hate Speech Reports!

Hey, I've been dealing with Turkish group of Toxic and Chat spammers!
Reporting them in game and submitted tickets with proof and no action was taken !
there is no justification for such a behavior like that, as it really disgusts me and my group playing and competing them in pvp and it really ruins our game experience!
They religious insult and hate speech 24/7
I'll provide their names and as it shows in Images the alt accounts spam the same insults as the main accs
even some of them guild name is a religious insult "allahiskm inc"
