data science minor

as someone who's premed and majoring in biochem at sebs, what are the best classes to take for a data science minor (planning to do the statistics track)

i'm thinking of doing data 101 in the spring semester to meet the data literacy req

but i'm not sure which out of ([01:960:295](javascript:ViewCourseByID("49544","", true, false);), [01:198:210](javascript:ViewCourseByID("49543","", true, false);), [04:547:221](javascript:ViewCourseByID("9908","", true, false);)) I should do for the data management req. i'm at a really beginner/basic level of coding and data science so i don't want it to be a crazy hard class.
