Questions for New Engl Merrimack area GMRSers...ch22 725 Repeater Deets

Hello... up until recently I have be able to listen in on the Ch22 725 Repeater...I think it is around Wilmington. But it seems to have gone dead now... maybe rx code charges. Would love and updates if inside scoop if any is available. Thanks.
