Suggested karts and bikes for Yoshi and DK?

I haven't really played Mario Kart since the N64 days and have really been enjoying MKW. It has cycled in to my main gaming friend group as our go-to game, and they are very good at it. I've tried a few different characters and have settled on either DK or Yoshi, but between the hidden stats and barrage of AI slop "articles" choking out the internet, I can't really find good resources on what vehicles really compliment the characters.

What karts and bikes would you guys suggest for these two? We mostly play Knockout Tour.
