Gastric Polyps

I finally had an upper endoscopy today for my constant indigestion and heart burn since October. I was shocked to find nothing out of the ordinary aside from two polyps in my stomach that are being biopsied. Does anyone know if polyps can cause chest pain, acid in mouth, regurgitation, fullness, burping, pain under ribs, etc? I asked my doctor after but I think sedation was still clearing my system and can’t remember what he said.
