Extended Warranty-buy or not?

2022 RX450h AWD luxury trim, bought a couple of months ago and love it so far. It’s 43k right now and still have two more months for the original 4yr/50k warranty to expire.

Do I need an extended warranty for this car? What’s all your experience with prior year Rx450h ? Will be worth it? Do I anticipate any known problems that this warranty might help cover?
