Floor standing fan intermittent sqeak when oscilliating

I have a couple of years old Honeywell fan, very standard design. It works great and is reasonable quiet except recentlt when turning on oscillating. Every now and then, it has started to sqeak when its turning rotation. I have tried taking it apart, cleaned and applied silicon spray to all moving parts except the gears. It was already drenched in grease.

Any ideas?
