Head gasket or injectors

I had the Christmas tree dash for awhile recently and the check engine would flash on cold starts and sometimes while driving. I changed the spark plugs and drove like an hr to see if it would come back nothing ever came, but this morning started the car and had the burbles again cylinder 2/3 plug was fouled again after the short drive from yesterday, dealer say I have continuous misfires in cylinders 2 with single misfires in 3 and it’s the injectors after diagnostic ? Anyone else had to replace gasket or injectors what were your symptoms ? No crazy coolant loss when I checked before taking it to the dealer
