Soccer vs Rocket League Chaos mode

Watching FIFA and I get so bored, most of the teams just park the bus and have no intention to score, they want to take the game to the penalty. I think 1 ball and 22 players is just out of proportion, it should be either 2 balls or 16 players, 8v8. With current game dynamics it looks more like watching Chaos mode in rocket league. Or they should ease on the offside rule, it’s really boring and haven’t really evolved for maybe a century? Not really educated about football.
