75 Days clean(Weight Gain question?)

I’m 38 year old male, first smoked weed in summer of grade 9 so I was 13 years old I became a daily smoker and abused it everyday once I was 18 years old till 38 So that’s a solid 20+ abuser

I tried to quit many times before this with no success, withdrawal symptoms were intense, dreams were crazy, night sweats, Boredom, etc

This time I made it a mission to do this for myself and finally let my parents see a sober son for first time since I was a teenager I will say the withdrawal symptoms were intense for the first 2 weeks, boredom and wanting to smoke my bong was tough, crazy vivid dreams but night sweats were not bad this time around thankfully

I’m now 100% never looking back, the energy is amazing, no brain fog is such a good feeling, I’m way sharper mentally Anxiety is gone now too, weed can make you anti-social and just sit in your room ripping bong after bong and not eating I don’t dread social events or going out to see family and friends, I actually look forward to it

My question is though, because I did Poppers as well, so mixing nicotine with my weed that was a huge appetite suppressor, never smoked cigs by themselves btw, just poppers When will the weight gain subdue LOL

For reference, I was only like 6’4-165-170lbs max while being a daily smoker In 75+ days sober, I’m now 6’4-215lbs LOL My eating is insane and appetite I prolly eat at least every 3-4 hours now and enjoy being able to crush foods now

I’m just wondering if you guys had to adjust your intake of calories and stuff I eat a lot of eggs, hamburger, steak, fish, etc Not big on veggies, I’m more of a carnivore LOL

Now I do plan on hitting the gym soon but even then, I want to be 6’4-225lbs anyway So I plan to just turn some of this added weight into muscle So just asking if I will plateau here eventually

My brother and dad are big boys though for reference Pops 6’2-240lbs in his prime, prolly about 215/220lbs now at 65 years old My bro is 6’0-270lbs at his peak, down to 250lbs now Both sober and never touched weed in their life
