Learning French for Listening and Reading

I am thinking about giving TCF exam - I don't need to score much I just want to increase couple of points in my CEC application I want CLB 5 in listning and reading, I heard that questions for listning an dreading gets repeated so just wanted to try my luck and see if I can do it, wondering if anybody has done it and what are some good resources for it

I am already at 512 increasing 1 or 2 points will help a lot - Thanks for reading
