chrono vision should show nearby health packs

chrono vision is kinda just like, a relic of early rivals because its basically completely useless in the new maps since theres no destructible walls anymore

and well, why not just let it show health packs so theres something for it to do, just like anything because its genuinely just a near pointless mechanic nowadays

idk frankly health packs are placed in such random spots and itd be a neat way to teach players where they are and make learning new maps be faster, youd still learn and memorize over time anyways this just gets rid of the initial hurdle of where the hell is everything at

plus thisd be neat if you wanna just escape and dont know off the top of your head where the nearest one is
