Emergency financial assistance needed

I’m a 25-year-old woman who’s struggling to make ends meet and need help covering the rest of my deposit and the first month’s rent. I’m currently living in a dangerous situation with a bipolar alcoholic who’s mean to my dogs and constantly crosses boundaries. We didn’t know each other when I sublet the space, and it’s been a nightmare.

The lease is coming up at the end of the month, and I was supposed to move in as the new tenant. However, I’m stuck here, and I feel like I have no other options. My safety and the safety of my animals are at risk.

The other day, I came home to find him screaming at the top of his lungs and running after my dog. I lost it and got a hotel for a few days. But I don’t feel safe going back, and I certainly can’t leave my dog there while I have to work.

I work full-time and usually manage to make ends meet. I have a portion of what I need, but I haven’t had time to prepare. I’ve already found a place that’s willing to work with me on a deposit and let me split it up over a few months. However, I also have to pay at the current house, or he’ll trash my stuff.

I’m $2000 short, and I’m willing to work, sign a repayment contract, or even offer my title as collateral. I have very little credit history, except for my car loan, and I’m struggling to get approved for a loan without a co-signer.

I’m desperate and don’t know what I’ll do when the lease ends. I don’t have any family close or capable of helping me. I’ve tried everything, and I’m just hoping the universe will help me out on this one.
