[Academic] Survey on Chronic Illness, Cooking, and Recipe Accessibility - Chronically-Ill Adults (18+)

Hi everyone!

I'm doing a project that I need to gather some market research for, and I need some people in my target market who would be willing to fill out a survey! The intended demographic is:

- 18+

- Has a Chronic Illness/Disease/Disability that affects their day to day life (Survey is specifically about cooking)

It is completely anonymous and the responses will only be used for academic purposes.
