Old Co-Operative Society G+4 v/s Newly Constructed Gated Community | Paying 2x worth it in Navi Mumbai?

I am looking to purchase flat in Navi Mumbai. Seawoods area is having old societies 10-15 yr old buildings at ~15k/sqft and newly constructed gated towers at 30k/sqft. I can buy two 1BHK in small co-op society in same budget as tower e.g. jodi flat. Society having amenities cost 40k+/sqft.

If you have bought a flat in Navi Mumbai in old society, hows your experience? Where you lived before and what points to consider. Documentation is clear in case of old society like title oc cc and conveyance.
