Obscure PopularMMOs thumbnail

So this is something I remember seeing a few years ago when I was younger maybe around 2014-2016. The thumbnail was kinda weird and I'm curious to know if anyone else saw it. The thumbnail depicted both Pat and Jen from the YouTube channel "PopularMMOs" with their faces photoshopped onto two nude but censored people. I don't remember how Jen was censored but pat had a beach ball or some kind of ball covering him. The post was really odd and I imagine it was for some kind of reaction video with a clickbait thumbnail. I never clicked on it cause I thought it was pretty weird and never saw them post anything too similar to that again. I was wondering if anyone saw this thumbnail or found an archive of it to confirm the memory. I didn't find anything on it when looking it up and couldn't post this to lost media since it isn't really media and I don't really have any evidence of its existence.
