Splinter cell blacklist DLC

Hello, I've been waiting for gta 5 to go on sale for a abit (the 67% Off version) cuz I wanted to get it but I posted on the xbox subreddit but I got banned because I didn't read the rules but it's ok, I searched around and found this one it also didn't allow begging but allowed exceptions like DLCS, so I said if iam not getting gta 5 I'll get anything else, the first thing I thought of was the "Homeland pack" DLC for splinter cell blacklist it's cuz I used to play it with my brother on my ps3 and we finished every mission and replayed it alot before I sold it and got an Xbox one I bought the game again in 2021 but without the DLC so if someone can buy it for me I would greatly appreciate it, it's 6.99$.

Iam only doing this for my brother, thanks for reading!
