So I have a new neighbor who bought attached to me (rowhome style) with this shared space out back. I'm on the right.

I was told by the previous owner and the new owner herself, she has gone through a nasty divorce and she has never lived in a shared space. She moves in and then all of a sudden a man starts coming around all the time and now he will not leave... her new boyfriend.. he smokes cigarettes inside her home too and it stinks now all the time but that's a whole other issue..

They have previously recently spilt paint all over my side unintentionally when their whole can knocked over onto the gravel on my side due to not being properly disposed of. It took me about 30 minutes to clean up and I don't think they ever had a clue.

She got new Internet installed and the person who installed it, literally left the trash/ plastic install stuff everywhere out back in between our homes which is like 3 feet. I picked it up and put it on her step for her, and she literally looked at it and walked over it for a week until it eventually fell off back into our shared walk way out back and I cleaned it up a week later.

I have seen a plastic cup from the bar up the street on her steps with a straw and a lemon and lime. I thought she cleaned it up when I noticed it gone to find it out in the street when I was picking up trash one day... She threw it out into the street.

All that to say, I noticed her new boyfriend tonight on my security camera walking out with the old windows they just had replaced, doesn't wrap them at all to secure them (Also trash will not take them...) He props all 3 windows up against their trashcan and then one of the kids riding by on the bike, knocks one window over and it falls onto my side of the gravel and shatters. It felt dangerous as I'm out there looking at it, then there's this kid walking by completely barefoot as I'm debating what to do. I end up knocking on their door to tell them, hoping they'd clean it up and take care of it, and they don't answer. They sat in the living room right on the other side of the wall totally ignoring me.... So, I swept it up, put it in a box, and it's at their porch out back. I am literally so over these people. what happened to caring about your property?!! YUCK.
